APNG.dev provides free, browser-based tools for converting, compressing, and working with APNG (Animated PNG) files. All file processing occurs client-side in your browser.

You may not use the Service to: • Process files containing illegal content • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others You are solely responsible for the files you process using our tools.

4. Your Files and Content

Since all processing happens in your browser, we do not receive, store, or have access to your files. You retain full ownership and responsibility for any files you process using our tools.

5. Intellectual Property

The APNG.dev website, code, and content (excluding the APNG format itself, which is an open standard) are owned by APNG.dev. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our website without permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results suitable for any particular purpose. Use the tools at your own risk, and always keep backups of your original files.
